• You agree not to share MP3 Files on P2P(peer-to-peer) services like eMule, Limewire etc.
• You agree not to use or exploit MP3 Files except as expressly permitted herein.
• You agree not to defeat, evade or circumvent any system designed to protect MP3 Files from unauthorized uses.
• Pusat MP3 reserves the right to remove MP3 player from its server for any cause that it deems sufficient.

All the MP3 playing on PusatMP3 are property of their respective owners, are all derived from several internet resources and not physically located on PusatMP3.com servers. Pusat MP3 does NOT endorse the distribution of copyrighted content. When you listen/download (if you downloading) MP3 Files from Pusat MP3 you do so with the understanding that Pusat MP3 and its operators will not be held accountable or responsible for violations of copyright or intellectual property laws that may occur as a result of your action.
